TriboDyn Tri-Guard 2100 is a synthetic diester ISO 100 compressor oil specifically formulated for reciprocating piston air compressors. Diester base oils offer superior thermal stability, excellent solvency, and strong resistance to carbon and varnish buildup — making them ideal for the high-temperature, high-load conditions found in piston compressors.
This non-detergent formulation delivers an 8,000+ hour service life, keeps valves, rings, and cylinders cleaner than conventional mineral oils, and provides outstanding anti-wear, rust, and corrosion protection. It performs reliably across a wide temperature range with a flash point of 244°C and pour point of -43°C.
