Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Cost
Standard U.S. shipping is free on all orders.

When orders leave
Orders ship from our facility in Mooresville, North Carolina.

• Monday–Thursday: orders received by 2:30 PM Eastern ship the same business day. Orders received after 2:30 PM Eastern ship the next business day.
• Friday: orders received by 12:00 PM Eastern ship Friday. Orders received after 12:00 PM Eastern ship Monday.
• Saturday and Sunday: the facility is closed.

Holidays and severe weather can add a day. We do not guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Carriers
We ship with UPS and USPS. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Addresses
We ship to a deliverable U.S. street address or PO Box accepted by the carrier. If an address is incomplete, incorrect, or refused, extra postage to reship is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

Lost or damaged in transit
Email support@coolblueoil.com with your order number. We will file the carrier claim and replace or refund the order once the carrier confirms.

Large orders
Pallet or freight shipments are quoted separately and are not covered by free parcel shipping.
